Artist's Description
San Juan is the capital of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. The unincorporated territory of the United States has a population of about 400,000 with an annual temperature that varies only six degrees! This is why my two visits from my home in Michigan to the tropical island city have been in the winter. On my last trip there I got a chance to wander through some neighborhoods and was delighted by the quaint and earthy architecture. The doors were especially lovely. I used my trusty Plaubel Makina 67 camera with Reala film to capture their majesty.
