Bugs and Tweety metal print by Kris Rasmusson. Bring your artwork to life with the stylish lines and added depth of a metal print. Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. Both Bugs Bunny and Tweety Bird are creations of the cartooning genius of Fritz Freleng and both were featured in Warner Brothers movies. I was at Chicago�s Six Flags America with my Horseman medium format camera doing handheld photos in the spirit and manner of the now old 20th century press photography style. I found the cartoon icons in inflatable form being sold by a vendor whose stand was at the edge of the property. Not wanting to be conspicuous I snapped off but a single shot. When I got the Reala film developed and prints made I liked �Bugs and Tweety� but the results were not compliant with the Ensel Adams previsualization M.O. that I believe in and use. Something was missing� As luck would have it that week I had been playing with some new Photoshop tools including �twirl�. Yes, the �Bugs and Tweety� image cried out to be twirled, and twirled it was.
