Located in the heart of the town is a gift shop for women of all ages called ‘The Happy Woman’. Their mission statement reads ”from the sacred to the silly, we have the perfect something to inspire, amuse, pamper, support, challenge, soothe, congratulate, comfort or charm every woman you know.” This photo of the soon-to-be-iconic boutique has my lovely step-daughter Rose adorning the front of the homey building.
